About me

When was the last time you made time for you? When was the last time you really listened to your own voice?

Perhaps your so used to being there for everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to put yourself first. Maybe your overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or knowing that something needs to change.

You don't need to wait until everything falls apart to ask for support.

This is your time to pause, breathe, be heard and make sense of what's going on beneath the surface, without judgement, pressure or having all of the answers.

I offer a warm, supportive space for adults, where we can gently explore what you're going through at your own pace. Alongside support, I can also gently challenge unhelpful patterns or beliefs when it feels okay to do so.

As an integrative Counsellor, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, because I believe you are the expert in your own life and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, understanding, and a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. This is your time to focus on yourself, make sense of your experiences and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re looking for a compassionate and confidential space where you feel heard, understood and accepted without judgement, I'd love to support you on your journey.

Your time is precious. Your time is necessary. And your time belongs to you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an Accredited Registrant (MNCPS Acc.) with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

I hold a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Staffordshire.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring therapy to each individual rather than believing there is a one-size-fits-all approach.

I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism. I understand that everyone’s experience is unique, so I aim to provide a therapeutic space that is accepting, collaborative and adapted to your individual needs.

Alongside my private practice, I continue to undertake regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure my knowledge and practice remain current. This includes training in safeguarding, suicide awareness, trauma-informed practice, neurodiversity, GDPR and ethical practice.
