About me
Hello, I am Kanchi, I approach therapy as a collaborative process where you and I are a team working towards your wellbeing. I value the importance of developing a sound, trusting therapeutic relationship with you. I believe this enables therapy to be effective as it will help to draw on your individual strengths and resilience. I try to make the therapeutic arena a safe and comfortable space where you feel able to share issues that are difficult and challenging to address.

I have a thorough understanding of the impact of personal/organisational factors on an individual’s overall well-being and the value and importance of Work-Life balance.
