About me

I qualified as an integrative therapist 5 years ago and love the process of walking alongside people on their journey and in times of real difficulty, empowering them to find a way forward. Sometimes feeling stuck and not knowing why might be the start of the therapeutic process.

I specialise in (but not limited to) working with children and young people who are struggling with issues such as self esteem, identity, anxiety and depression. I also have experience with and really enjoy working with neurodiversity in all its forms.

One of the things that might be different about me is that I have a little therapy tortoise named Jeff, who made his claim to fame whilst I worked therapeutically at a well known charity Young Devon. Jeff often helped calm clients and helped with freedom of expression, so there is always an option for Jeff to be part of our sessions.

I look forward to hearing from you and welcome any questions

Warm Wishes
