About me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to know where to start when you want things to change. I use an integrative approach to therapy, which means I tailor sessions to you—your experiences, your goals, and what feels right for you. While I focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, I also bring in techniques from other therapy styles like compassion-focused therapy to make sure it meets your individual needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be open and explore what’s really going on.

This isn’t just about talking—it’s about real change. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies that help you take control of your thoughts, difficult emotions, and build confidence. Whether it’s working through unhelpful behaviours, boosting your self-esteem, or finding peace, we’ll take this journey together, step by step, towards the life you deserve.

The fact that you’re here shows you’re ready for change, and that’s a huge first step! Research shows that one of the most important parts of therapy is the connection between the client and therapist. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call —to ensure we’re the right fit. Reach out today to take the next step towards living the life you want.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Further information

I mainly use CBT in my practice but am able to tailor the sessions in line with what you are looking for and what works for you. You are the expert in your life so I will always ask for your input and feedback in order to adapt our sessions accordingly. These are your sessions so we will make sure you get the most out of them.

You should walk away from our sessions knowing yourself more, what makes you tick, what brings you joy and how to manage your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a way that serves you instead of works against you. You will also have a toolkit of strategies that we have tried and tested together that you know can be helpful for your present and future self to keep you living healthier and happier.
