About me
John Newell - Lucidity Therapy
Psychotherapeutic Counsellor | Marlow & Online
Beginning therapy is a powerful act of self-care. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, addiction, trauma, or navigating a difficult life transition, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
I work pluralistically, tailoring therapy to what best supports you - drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT and psychosynthesis approaches. Together, we explore what matters most to you, in a way that feels right for you.
I have specialist experience supporting clients with anxiety, panic, addiction recovery, self-esteem issues, depression, and the lasting impact of trauma. Sessions are available in-person in Marlow (and weekly in Henley-on-Thames) or online across the UK.
You’re not alone - and you don’t have to face things all on your own. If you’re ready to take the first step or have questions, I warmly invite you to get in touch.
