About me
Are you finding life difficult right now? Are you struggling and unsure of how to move forwards? I can support you with this.
I’m an experienced, warm, accepting, trauma informed, Integrative Counsellor with a passion for supporting others.
As an Integrative Counsellor this means that I can tailor your sessions to meet your needs.
I work with adults and adolescents affected by life’s ups and downs and the struggles that life can bring.

I work face to face in Sale, Manchester, M33. I offer online and telephone sessions which means I can work internationally.
My office is easily accessible and parking is free. I provide a relaxed, safe, calm and confidential space, helping you to explore and understand your challenges.
My Fees are £55.00 per session, I do offer a lower fee rate for students and those on a low income. I offer a free initial telephone session.

Experience
*I have worked in private practice since 2020. I also work within Secondary schools counselling students/staff whilst also facilitating parent workshops. I support teachers and support staff with reflective supervision sessions which are imperative to their well-being.
*Previous experience includes working within a community mental health service with those who have faced common emotional and mental wellness challenges including feelings of anxiety, stress, low mood/self esteem/confidence, grief & loss, overwhelm, trauma and childhood issues.
*I have volunteered my time for a charity working with those affected by pregnancy-related issues, traumatic birth, the loss of a baby and pregnancy-related mental health issues.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
