About me
I am an experienced relationship counsellor specialising in complex issues including communication, negotiating conflict in relationships, life and work changes, loss, betrayal, and relationship breakdown. I can also offer support with present and historic family issues, relationship trauma following an affair, loss of confidence, and rebuilding trust and resilience.
I work with both individuals and couples to provide counselling and couples therapy with a relational stance. My focus is on working collaboratively with you as an individual, or as a couple together, to build more fulfilling relationships. I would work with you on addressing areas of concern and help you to identify opportunities for long-term changes in how you relate to yourself and others.
I am available for individual counselling and couples counselling sessions online, and also for in person appointments.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am qualified in psychotherapy and counselling and am also a fully qualified Relate couples counsellor.
I have a qualification in psychotherapy from Regents University and a CPCAB-accredited qualification in Relationship counselling. I am also a fully qualified Relate counsellor. I am a member of the NCS accredited register, I am fully insured and I hold a current DBS check. I have regular supervision with a qualified supervisor and undertake ongoing CPD learning.
