About me

I am an experienced relationship counsellor working with couples and individuals. I work with a range of complex issues including communication, negotiating conflict in relationships, life and work changes, loss, betrayal, and relationship breakdown. I can also offer support  with present and historic family issues, relationship trauma following an affair, loss of confidence, and rebuilding trust and resilience.

My work with both individuals and couples is to provide counselling and couples therapy with a relational stance. My focus is on working collaboratively with you as an individual, or as a couple together, to build more fulfilling relationships
I would work with you to address areas of concern,  and help you to identify opportunities for long-term change in how you relate to yourself and others.

I am available for individual counselling and couples counselling sessions online, and also for in person appointments.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified in psychotherapy and counselling and am also a fully qualified Relate couples counsellor.

I have a qualification in psychotherapy from Regents University and a CPCAB-accredited qualification in Relationship counselling. I am also a fully qualified Relate counsellor.  I am a member of the NCS accredited register, I am fully insured and I hold a current DBS check. I have regular supervision with a qualified supervisor and undertake ongoing CPD learning.
