About me
I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, offering short or long-term interventions. I base my work on having a warm and empathetic understanding of people's difficulties and provide a supportive and compassionate approach to therapy.
I have experience in working with individuals with a wide range of presentations and psychological difficulties, and I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models. I work pluralistically, providing evidence based practice based on the needs and wants of individual clients. I work with my clients to tailor an approach to best meet their needs, and to assist them in working towards meeting their therapeutic goals.
I am passionate about my role as a counselling psychologist and enjoy the work that I do. I work in a sensitive and confidential manner and believe that the need for sensitivity and person-centred values shows within my therapeutic work.

Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
