About me

Welcome, I am Hannah Elliott. I am an Integrative therapist for women’s sexual well being. I am a qualified Psychosexual & Trauma therapist who focuses on the Mind-Body connection, more specifically- how our physical symptoms are linked to suppressed emotions and the stories that we keep inside.

I lead from a Psychotherapeutic and Energy Psychology perspective which allows me to address the emotional, mental and physical aspects of an individual. I use a range of styles to help explore and understand the presenting issues in your own individual journey. Sessions are designed to teach you how to best support yourself and to empower you within your own sexuality and the relationship with your body, and of course others.

My approach to sexual therapy and emotional healing aims to restore inner balance, enhances resilience to stress and improves the capacity to engage, with ease, in sexual and relational experiences.

We will explore everything from clearing issues from past patterns, rewiring outdated beliefs in the subconscious for a sense of fullness in your sexual connection and freedom of expression.

I am committed to helping women return to their body, to listen without judgement and provide a supportive safe space, at whatever pace it may take.

Understanding the internalised pressures and experiences often encountered through intimacy and sexuality, I aim to work with these conflicts as healing opportunities. To help resolve and release any stuck emotions where prolonged over time, can start to manifest as physical symptoms. I believe that there is no relationship of greater importance than that between you and your physical body.
