About me
Something has brought you here — and whatever it is, you don't need to have it figured out before reaching out.
I work with adults and couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties: anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, low self-confidence and self-esteem, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, ADHD, autism and neurodiversity, eating difficulties, family issues, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, affairs, separation, and life transitions.
I work relationally — less interested in applying a fixed technique, more interested in you: the patterns you carry, the relationships that have shaped you, and what feels possible now. I believe lasting change grows from the quality of the therapeutic relationship itself, a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
I have a particular interest in working with people who have felt marginalised, different, or hard to place. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I bring lived understanding to this work. My practice is genuinely neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQ+-affirming — not as a professional stance, but as a real commitment.
I work face-to-face in Horsham and online across the UK, in English or Italian.

My approach
My work is rooted in Relational Transactional Analysis — a relational, humanistic model that understands people not in isolation but in the context of their relationships, their history, and the patterns that developed to help them survive. I draw also on psychodynamic thinking, and work collaboratively, at your pace, with genuine curiosity about your experience.
I believe that lasting change comes from understanding yourself more deeply — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful agents of that change.
Who I work with
I work with adults across a wide range of presentations, with particular experience in:
Trauma and PTSD, including complex trauma and CPTSD rooted in childhood experience
ADHD, autism, and neurodivergence — including late diagnosis, masking, and burnout
Anxiety, including generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, and panic
Depression and low mood
Low self-esteem, shame, and the inner critic
Couples therapy — communication, intimacy, trust, and relational patterns
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy
OCD and eating disorders
Lived experience
I am neurodivergent myself, which means I bring both professional training and genuine personal understanding to work with ADHD and autistic clients. I also have lived experience of navigating identity in contexts that weren't always affirming — which informs my approach to LGBTQ+ work.
Before retraining as a psychotherapist I spent twenty years in the construction industry. This background gives me a particular understanding of the pressures of male-dominated working environments, occupational stress, identity transitions, and the specific challenges men often face in reaching out for support.
I am bilingual in English and Italian and welcome Italian-speaking clients.

Further information
I practise from a relational, humanistic standpoint — which means I bring my whole self to the work. I am warm, direct, and genuinely curious. I don't sit behind a blank screen. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real human encounter, held within a professional and ethical framework.
If you are unsure whether therapy is right for you, or whether I might be the right fit, I offer a free 20-minute phone or video call — no obligation, just a conversation. You can reach me through this profile or via my website at inner-growth-pathways.com.
I work with clients who may feel they don't quite fit the mould — people who have spent years adapting to a world not designed for them, who carry more than they let on, and who are ready to do something different. If that sounds like you, I'd be glad to hear from you.
