Training, qualifications & experience
I am a psychotherapist in the final year of my level 7 MSc in Transactional Analysis at the Metanoia Institute with a background in social psychology and psychopharmacology. I have additional training in couples therapy and neurodiversity, particularly AD/HD and autism, which allows me to offer specialised support.
My experience spans various mental health challenges, including eating disorders, PTSD, OCD, panic attacks, clinical depression and social anxiety. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I bring personal insight to the unique difficulties of my clients in relationships and daily life.
My approach is deeply personalised, blending diverse therapeutic techniques to honour each client's unique journey. I use creative methods like dream exploration, poetry, and metaphors to help clients process trauma, reconnect with their self-worth and articulate complex emotions.
In our session, we create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore your inner world with courage and compassion. Whether you are tracing the roots of panic attacks, addressing eating disorders with existential validation, or navigating the complexities of neurodivergence, my goal is to empower you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
