My name is Gianluca. I am an N.C.P.S. accredited registrant and U.K.C.P. counsellor. Based in Horsham, West Sussex. I specialise in providing compassionate support for a range of mental health challenges, including P.T.S.D., anxiety and depression, O.C.D., A.D/H.D., gender and sexuality issues, couple counselling, narcissistic injuries, perinatal mental health and eating disorders.
My expertise extends to offering face-to-face or online therapy for individuals or couples who have experienced childhood trauma, helping them heal and reclaim their lives
My approach is deeply personalised, blending diverse therapeutic techniques to honour each client's unique journey. I use creative methods like dream exploration, poetry, and metaphors to help clients process trauma, reconnect with their self-worth and articulate complex emotions.
