CBT Therapist

About me

I currently only offer remote sessions (zoom or telephone)

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Supervisor with over 10 years of experience working in Psychology. I work as a CBT Tutor at the London CBT training centre, and am Deputy Clinical Lead for an NHS therapy service. I work collaboratively with my clients using evidence-based methods to help them understand how unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving may be contributing and maintaining their difficulties.

"The combination of a well structured CBT framework anchored in real life experiments and a compassionate wise therapist has made a real difference for me" (client feedback)

Based on a bespoke formulation of your difficulties that allows deeper understanding of your difficulties, I will work with you to break out of unhealthy cycles of anxiety and depression. I am passionate about working with patients holistically, and place an emphasis on how nutrition, exercise, sleep and relaxation can contribute to mood.

If you would like to know more or if you are unsure whether CBT is the right therapy for you, please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
