About me
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or wondering why you keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships and life? Are you trying to process a break up/divorce? Do you need guidance navigating life?
Perhaps you’re constantly overthinking, seeking reassurance, struggling with anxiety, or finding yourself stuck in relationships that leave you feeling hurt, confused, or disconnected.
Maybe you’ve achieved a lot on paper, yet still feel unhappy, unfulfilled, or unsure how to create the life you truly want.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Therapy, Couples Counselling & Life Coaching
As a Relationship & Anxiety Specialist, Psychotherapist, and Certified Professional Coach, I help individuals and couples heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Relationships & Attachment Styles
The way we connect with others is often shaped by our attachment style and past experiences.
You may struggle with anxious attachment, fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting others, fear of intimacy, or finding yourself repeating the same relationship patterns over and over again.
Anxiety, OCD & Emotional Wellbeing
Anxiety can impact every area of life, leaving you feeling trapped in cycles of worry, overthinking, self-doubt, reassurance-seeking, and emotional exhaustion.
I specialise in supporting clients experiencing:
• Generalised Anxiety
• Health Anxiety
• OCD and intrusive thoughts
• Relationship Anxiety
• Stress and Burnout
• Panic and Excessive Worry
• Healing from infidelity and betrayal
Together, we’ll explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, develop practical coping strategies, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help you regain confidence, calm, and emotional balance.
Life Coaching & Creating the Life You Want
Sometimes you’re not looking for therapy and need more direction.
You may feel stuck, lacking direction, struggling with confidence, procrastinating on your goals, or feeling disconnected from the life you truly want.
As a Certified Professional Coach, I help clients gain clarity, overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, set meaningful goals, and take action towards creating a life that feels authentic, purposeful, and fulfilling.
Because healing is only part of the journey.
The other part is building the relationships, confidence, success, and life you deserve.
If you’re ready to stop surviving and start thriving, I’d love to support you.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
