About me
Hello my name's Corrina.
I'm here to tell you that you don’t have to live with fear and anxiety. If you’re experiencing panic attacks, compulsive thoughts, or constant worries, counselling can be very helpful. This is due to the fact that therapy for anxiety addresses more than simply the symptoms.
Through therapy with me, you can learn how to relax, see things in a different, less terrifying light, identify the underlying reasons of your anxieties, and improve your coping and problem-solving abilities. I can help equip you with the means to combat anxiety and teach you how to apply them.
Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. It is the body's natural response to stress or danger, often referred to as the "fight or flight" response. In these situations, anxiety can actually be beneficial as it can help you stay alert, focused, and ready to respond to a challenging or threatening situation.
However, when anxiety becomes excessive or persists even when there is no immediate threat, it can interfere with daily life and impact a person's ability to function.
I can offer you a safe space to explore your anxious thoughts and help you to take control of your anxieties.
