About me
I am a Clinical Supervisor and a Counsellor with 17 year's counselling experience. I offer an Integrative approach, tailored to the needs of the individual using primarily Person Centred Therapy and CBT tools as & when suited to the client needs. I also provide Brief Solution Therapy as & when required. I have extensive training & experience in working with many issues across the board impacting mental health & wellbeing.

My standard fee for Supervision is £55 for 1.5 hours and a reduced rate of £40 for students.
My standard fee for Counselling is £40 online and £50 per face to face session. I can also offer a reduced fee of £30 per session to students & unemployed.
