About me

Part of my learning was that I had to see a counsellor, I totally understand how difficult it can be to think about the things you’re not too sure you want to think about.

Maybe you feel anxious and sometimes, it feels so overwhelming.  Do you feel low, and just don’t know why.  Or maybe you're trying to hold everything together for everyone else, with the same thoughts going round in your head.

I want you to say whatever comes into your mind nothing is random or weird; together we’re not looking at anyone else but you – we’re analysing your perception of your actions and how you interact with others.

My role is to walk alongside you to help you find the most helpful shifts in your thinking and behaviours.

I won’t judge you; I'll always value you as a unique person, and as an equal to me.

Free Consultation - we can arrange to meet for 20 minutes to see if I’m the right therapist for you.
