Part of my training was that I had to see a counsellor so I totally understand how difficult it can be to think about the things you’re not too sure you want to think about.
I want you to say whatever comes into your mind nothing is random or weird; together we’re not looking at anyone else but you – we’re analysing your perception of your actions and how you interact with others.
My role is to walk alongside you to help you find the most helpful shifts in your thinking and behaviours.
I won’t judge you; I will always value you as a unique person, and as an equal to me.

I facilitate group meetings at Safer Places https://www.saferplaces.co.uk a domestic violence refuge, I teach the clients personal resilience.
I volunteer at Cocoon Charity https://cocooncharity.org.uk who specialise in addiction recovery, domestic violence, and people that have been incarcerated.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
