About me
I provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to talk about the things that are not going well for you, your unmet needs and losses and how they are impacting your day to day life.
We are all constantly changing and our perspectives and worldviews shift. Maybe many little things that seemed acceptable previously have built up and become problematic, leading to adaptations to your way of being, anxiety, depression or unhealthy dependencies. Perhaps you have experienced a traumatic event or loss that is emotionally paralysing and hard to bear, preventing you from moving forward.
As an integrative psychotherapist I work relationally and collaboratively, meaning it is about the work and themes that you and I broach together in the moment and over time, to invest in your relationship with yourself and with others. In addition I have many years of experience in the corporate world and understand how your work life can have an impact on your home life and vice versa, making things feel overwhelming and hard to separate.
By building an alliance with a trusted psychotherapist things can unlock and solutions can be found, all at your own pace of course. It is not always necessary to dig around in the past but looking at embedded life patterns can illuminate the present, offer alternatives, shift relationships and show the way to living well by understanding yourself.
Even a few sessions can help with a particular issue though sometimes further exploration is needed. All of these things can be talked about confidentially together and I hope to hear from you to start your therapeutic journey to a new way of being.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
