About me

I am an experienced integrative transpersonal therapist working with adults in North & East London and online.

I offer a compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore what it means to be fully yourself - emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. My work integrates depth psychology, humanistic and somatic approaches, and transpersonal perspectives that honour both your personal story and your innate potential for growth and healing.

Life invites us into cycles of change and transformation. At times, these transitions can feel overwhelming - stirring old patterns, uncertainty, or pain. No matter how you find yourself here, I aim to meet you where you are.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle challenge, creating a relationship where you can safely explore all parts of yourself - the parts you know well and those still emerging.

I work with clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or a general sense of disconnection or transition in life. Whatever brings you to therapy, my intention is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, reconnecting with your inner resources, and uncovering the meaning within your experiences.

Training, qualifications & experience

My integrative approach means I draw from a range of therapeutic models - such as psychodynamic, person-centred, Gestalt, Jungian and body-oriented techniques - tailoring each session to meet your individual needs. Through this, we explore not only the difficulties you face, but also the strengths, values, and deeper sense of self that can guide you towards lasting change.

In the transpersonal dimension of my work, I hold space for experiences that go beyond the everyday - moments of insight, creativity, spirituality, and connection to something larger than ourselves. These can be powerful gateways to healing and transformation. Practically, this may mean working with dreams, metaphor, visualisation, stories and art, or it may simply be making space for the possibility of mystery in the work.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited register membership

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

I understand that searching for a therapist can be intimidating and sometimes confusing, leaving many people feeling lost about what to do next. Some people have a clear idea of where they want to be but need a bit of help getting there, while others are unsure where to begin. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you to find your path to a place where you can enjoy being you.
