About me

As a counsellor, my role is to build a safe and trusting relationship that will allow you to experience emotional healing and transformation.

If you're suffering from anxiety, depression or stress, feeling stuck or facing a major change in your life, you can draw strength from talking to someone acceptant, non-judgment and empathetic, outside your family and circle of friends.

As we journey together, we will identify and address the different challenges you are facing, going to their roots to overcome hardship and develop resilience. Together, we will find a way for you to be released and to experience breakthrough in your life.

Counselling can help you to understand and know yourself better, which can lead to lasting changes that can help you live a more fulfilling life and feel better about yourself. Talking at your own pace with the right counsellor will help you to approach your concerns in a new way, giving you a better understanding of yourself with the clarity to identify your options.

I offer a compassionate therapeutic environment with confidential boundaries. I work empathically with adults of all ages and have experience in working with a variety of issues.

I mainly work online which allow me to support you wherever you live. If you prefer meeting face to face, I can arrange to meet in a counselling room in Glasgow city centre.
