I am a qualified Person-Centred counsellor, l am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework. I believe that counselling is about empowering the client, enabling you to make sense of the difficulties you are experiencing. It can be a confusing time and the emotions you are feeling can seem overwhelming.
With that in mind, I would like to support you to face the difficulties you are experiencing.
I have two practices, in Greenwich and Lee, South East London, both are set up in a warm inviting environment, hopefully enabling you to start to feel relaxed and more at ease to reflect upon difficult thoughts and feelings.
In the first session it will be a chance for you to talk over these thoughts and feelings, to get a feel of the therapy and how as a counsellor I can work with you.
My own journey into counselling started when I found life overwhelming, I found a counsellor who offered a safe, respectful, place to just be, and I hope to extend the same to you.
