About me

Hello, I am a Person-Centred Therapist, my Private Practice is situated near Lee station in SE12 area. I also hire a space in Greenwich with good links for bus and train. l am professionally trained and qualified to be able to help you make sense of the anxiety you may be experiencing. l work in a non-judgemental, respectful way, enabling you to feel relaxed and held.
Counselling can be a place to unpick issues that you know the answer to, just not able to make sense of at the moment. It is a space to just be, without any external influences, and/or judgements.

With that in mind, I would like to support you to face the anxieties you may be experiencing.

In the first session there will be a chance for you to talk over these thoughts and feelings, to get a feel of the therapy and how as a counsellor I can work with you, we can at this stage decide what you would like to do next.

My own journey into counselling started when I found life overwhelming, with no other place to explore what was going on for me. I found a counsellor who offered a safe, respectful, place to just be, I hope to extend the same to you.

I work in an open-ended way, meeting up every week for 50 minute sessions. Together we can review every 6weeks to see where you may be at that point in the therapy.
