About me

I would like you to pick up the phone or write me a message if you want to talk to someone who cares, if you want to feel better and to be thinking clearer. I know from experience how counselling can help, and it means a lot to me to be able to offer my clients a relationship that will change their lives for the better.

I work collaboratively with my clients to help them get what they want from the sessions be it in short term or longer term therapy. So if you are feeling low, anxious or stressed, if you want to make a change in your life, if you want help coping or if you just want someone to talk to and someone to listen, please do get in touch in whatever way is easiest for you. I will be happy to have a chat with you and answer any questions that you might have before you decide if you would like to arrange an initial session or a telephone consultation.

I am a firm believer in making counselling accessible to all, which is why I offer counselling at a significantly lower fee than most counsellors. I work with a wide variety of issues (listed below) and have additional specialist experience of working with young people (16-24) and those with mental health issues.
