I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Arts Psychotherapist, with over 10 years experience.  I work with adults and children in a safe and confidential setting.  I have worked successfully with people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, low confidence, identity issues, work stress.

I am trained and qualified as an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist.  I am registered with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  I have over 10 years experience working with adults, children and young peole.
