Riverwood Counselling And Wellbeing Practice
8a Eaton Ford Green
Riverwood Counselling and Wellbeing Practice offers individual counselling, couples counselling, group work, wellbeing support and training for clients and organisations county-wide.
We provide sessions throughout the week (including some evening and weekend appointments) in our comfortable therapy rooms.
The team at Riverwood Counselling and Wellbeing Practice believe that when you share what's going on for you within a consistently supportive and non-judgemental environment, you will be able to start making the changes you want to make or simply better understand how you really feel about things.
Having someone truly listen to you and hear what you want to express, whatever it is, can be a very valuable experience and hard to find in daily life. We believe in the uniqueness of each person, appreciate diversity and value each client highly.
Counselling is not about us telling you what to do, giving advice or making suggestions. We walk alongside you, helping you explore your life, yourself and your relationships, working with you to move towards a place where you would rather be.
