Hello my name is Linda, one of the key things with regard to counselling and psychotherapy is finding a therapist you like and trust that is willing to work openly with you so you can feel free to explore new ways of being or doing.
I offer a professional, confidential and sensitive service whether you’re looking for personal or couples’ counselling sessions, group therapy, psycho-educational classes, divorce support or mediation. So, if you feel that you need someone to talk to about any personal issue or social problem come along and meet me. I offer the initial 30 minutes free, this gives us the opportunity to decide whether we want to start working together.
Why choose me?
I am an experienced, well qualified, registered therapist with a relational approach. As a therapist I believe integrity, honesty and genuineness are important and key to effective work because they allow for mutual and respectful facilitation.
I believe everyone as the right to expect clear, open dialogue that encourages recognition of difference whether that be in thoughts, feelings, behaviours or sensations.
I offer impartial and independent facilitation so if you are feeling anxious, confused or in an unhappy place which seems never ending, lonely and difficult to manage because of the self doubt, miserableness, questioning and a sense of going around in circles it can lead to, call for support so you can discover what is upsetting and causing the issues you are experiencing and enable yourself to get your life back on track through, short, medium or long term therapy.
What type of therapy I use:-
I am a Certified Transactional Analyst, so I use psychotherapy to help others understand and become more aware of their own developmental stages, modes of communication and life patterns which can help you to relate to present day issues and make appropriate change.
