Welcome to my profile.
I run 'Inner Phoenix Counselling Services' which is based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.
I offer short and long term counselling to individuals and couples for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress and relationship problems, sexual abuse and rape.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and undertake my contract with each client in accordance with their strict code of ethical practice.
I also hold a Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance and have an up to date enhanced 'Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check completed, (previously known as Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check).
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold the following qualifications:-
BA (Hons) Degree in Psychodynamic Counselling.
Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Transactional Analysis.
Certificate in Counselling for Bereavement, Grief & Loss.
Certificate in Transactional Analysis Counselling (Inner Child work).
Certificate in Counselling Children & Young People (age 5 years onwards)
Currently studying Masters Degree in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute, Ealing, London.
For the past 7 years I have used my training as a Counsellor to help clients that have been brave enough to take that first big step towards understanding themselves.

Fees for counselling at Inner Phoenix Counselling Services are:-
£50 per 50 minute session for individuals.
£70 per 50 minute session for couples.
