Koula Refahi - MBACP
Spectrum Centre For Psychotherapy
7 Endymion Road
I was born in London of Greek Cypriot parents. I am bilingual offering counselling/psychotherapy both in English and Greek. I am a counsellor and humanistic psychotherapist working with both individuals and couples, bringing warmth and empathy to my work encouraging clients to explore their issues in a safe and confidential environment.
I have worked on projects supporting unemployed adults and adolescents, and as a volunteer at MIND. I run private practices in Central and North London. I have worked at Spectrum Therapy, an organisational member of the UKCP, for the past twenty-five years.
I work with people from all religious backgrounds, sexual orientation, cultures and class systems and am especially interested in supporting people to look at cultural and gender differences in personal and professional relationships and enhance understanding of our unique differences and how we can work/be together.
I have experience in working with bereavement, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and pain management. I also work with work issues, multiple roles, boundaries and mediation.
