In a world where you can be anything, be yourself.
This is what I truly help people to do: strive to be just that, themselves. However sometimes it’s just not easy and we sometimes need professional support and kindness to help us on our own personal journey.
I am an experienced qualified counsellor with a diploma in the integrative approach offering a confidential service within a safe environment. My belief is that everyone has the unique ability to reach their full potential.
My passion is the humanistic theory, facilitating a journey of change with the client enabling them to reach their true potential. In addition to this I also have experience within the CBT model looking at a clients core beliefs.
