I am a professionally qualified counsellor and Registered Member of BACP, working in private practice in the Cobham area. I specialise in counselling/psychotherapy for couples, individuals, and families, addressing relationship issues and difficulties such as depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, affairs, family issues, separation and divorce, trust and communication. We can work together on a short-term basis for specific issues or longer term for deeper, transformative work.
I recognise that people experience problems but that people are not the problem! I will work with you to discover new ways of understanding difficulties and of addressing them in keeping with your own unique values and preferred ways of living.
It can feel scary to talk to someone about what most deeply concerns us. You are welcome to contact me for an exploratory conversation about counselling if you wish to discuss its potential benefits or have any questions.
I offer a safe, contained, non-judgemental space in which you can talk about your life and relationships. We can work together towards a better understanding of any difficulties you might be experiencing, to create positive changes in your life and to help you attain the full measure of support and fulfilment from your relationships. We will work with whatever you wish to bring to the sessions and at your own pace.
My consulting room is purpose-built, guaranteeing the highest degree of privacy, with free off-road parking.
