About me

I am a compassionate, caring counsellor/psychotherapist that strives to help you with the issues you are experiencing. I work in a variety of ways to suit your situation. I work with Adults,Young People, Children and Families. I will listen and try to understand the dilemmas you are struggling with and help you to succeed with your personal development. I am an integrative counsellor which means that I use various models of therapy to achieve positive outcomes for my clients. My integrative approach allows me to work with Person Centred therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Gestalt therapy. I can offer face to face sessions or therapeutic sessions by telephone. MBACP

I work from home, I live in the Bristol/North Somerset Area.

Currently working independently with Adults who have become dependent on alcohol and drugs and maybe suffering with Mental Health Issues, work involves supporting these clients to address the abuse issues they have suffered as children and to rehabilitate them to normalise back into society.
