Welcome. I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Counselling offers you the space and opportunity to explore a difficult experience and your thoughts and feelings about this in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. The counselling sessions are confidential and the therapeutic work focuses on what you want to share and would like to achieve or gain from Counselling.
