I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist in many different settings which include GP surgery, NHS psychotherapy service, schools, university, charities and private practice.
Qualified supervisor for other therapists and counsellors
in addition to counselling and psychotherapy I am now also able to offer supervision to practising counsellors and psychotherapists. I am able to offer both individual and group supervision.
My work has taken me to countries such as Australia and India. I offer one on one sessions of counselling and psychotherapy to individuals - adults as well as children and adolescents. Much of my work is mindfulness based and includes sand play and symbol work, CBT, ACT and other forms of talking therapy.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are available on the hour from 8am to 5pm inclusive. Some evening and Saturday sessions may also be available.
I am fully accredited with the UKCP and a full member of BACP. I was a fully accredited clinical member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA)

I am an experienced school counsellor and have over a decade's experience of working in private practice. I am highly skilled at working with adults, adolescents and children, and have extensive experience of trauma work.

My counselling room is located in a convenient location close to Bracknell town centre and within walking distance of the station. There is off road parking. Bracknell is a short drive from Wokingham, Ascot, Sandhurst, Binfield, Windsor, Maidenhead and Reading.
