Thankyou for reading my page my name is Angie and I am very experienced counsellor. I work with a variety of issues including bereavement, self esteem, eating disorders, anxiety, phobias, trauma, OCD, depression and relationship issues.
I am an Integrative therapist and I believe in empower my clients to make change, helping you with self esteem by understanding why you behave in certain ways through understand your past. I work with people of all ages and work in schools and also with adults.
I am also a qualified EMDR therapist (Eye movement Desensitisation reprocessing) which is a therapy that enables traumas to be processed without retraumatisation.
My value is in helping to empower people to change their lives by equipping them with new tools and knowledge allowing them to become the best they can be.
I believe that counselling is a relationship between two people where we work together to achieve change.
I am fully trained to Advanced Diploma level and am an Accredited member of BACP. I am also a BPS qualified supervisor and have a certificate in EMDR. I am also a Senior Accredited member of the National Council of Psychotherapists and a schools counsellor.
I undergo ongoing training and have certificates in creative therapies and i beleive it takes tremendous courage to change..so make that change and take that brave step and call me or email me.
