We all face life’s adversities, paradoxes and challenges, and the ways in which we deal with those can be invaluably informative. Therapy can help us become a creative source of possibilities, active participants in our own life-stories.
I work with adults aiming to create a therapeutic relationship and provide a safe space so that past and present, feelings, emotions and thoughts can be explored empathically and in-depth. I value authenticity, openness, compassion, reflexivity, and adaptability to each client’s needs, unique personality and life experiences.
I have extensive experience in psychiatric and third sector services as well as in organisational consulting and higher education. Through my private practices in Central and West London i work with adults on short and long term contracts with emphasis on confidentiality and client autonomy.
The initial consultation is an opportunity to talk about your difficulties and expectations and explore what feels like an appropriate way to work (fees, frequency of sessions and suitable interventions are discussed). If you are a busy professional contact me to enquire about the weekend and pre-work (early morning) clinic.
