Do you feel stuck with unhelpful ways of feeling, thinking and behaving but have no idea how to change? Solution focussed therapy helps you to work out new ways of being that free you of problem states, in a supportive, gentle yet purposeful way.
I work with the whole range of emotional issues whilst having a special interest in anxiety conditions, including general anxiety, panic attacks, trauma and obsessive compulsive disorder, [OCD and POCD]. I also work with sex and relationship issues with individuals and couples of all sexual orientations. I am currently undertaking post graduate training in sex and relationship therapy and whilst I am completing that training I am offering discounted session fees for couple work.
My time in industry taught me the impact of modern day working on overall mental health and wellbeing and, as such, I am able to offer performance and life coaching as well as psychotherapuetic support for people struggling with work/life balance issues.
