I have used my extensive Post Graduate training and experience in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), to help people to overcome their difficulties. Sometimes I have given my clients a range of life skills and techniques that have helped them change their lives for the better.

I have eight years experience to of helping people to overcome the following difficulties: anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, ptsd, anger management, schizophrenia, relationship difficulties, depression, chronic pain and bereavement.

How can he help me? What can I expect?

I work based on the needs of the person and I will often start counselling & CBT by providing a safe, contained place for you to talk about your concerns without being judged. Then, depending on what your concerns are, I may suggest a few strategies to help and to set goals with you on what you would like to change in your life. I use a range of approaches that I will tailor to your needs and goals.

I can offer you either short or long term work in a comfortable confidential setting in either St Albans or Hatfield.

You are welcome to call me on 07725 363481 or to email me: jonathan@hutchinscounsellingandcbt.co.uk for an initial consultation and to possibly arrange an appointment.
