Sometimes in life we can experience emotional difficulties that can often become too complex for us to overcome. During these times it can be hard to talk to your family and friends.
I’m an experienced counsellor working from a Person Centred approach. I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings. I take an integrative approach, bringing together different elements of specific therapies to benefit the individuality of the person. Based in a peaceful setting, my main focus is to work alongside you to find a way forward.
I work with clients, both adults and children, suffering with a wide range of issues including:
- relationship problems
- work related stress
- self harm
- anger management
Please phone or email me to arrange an initial session where we can discuss your needs and talk about what’s troubling you. There is no obligation to proceed at this stage, it is more an opportunity for you to explore whether you feel comfortable in continuing.
If mobility is an issue I am willing to home visit for the one hour session.
Thank you for reading my page.
