Profile
I am a professional qualified Person-Centred counsellor and the aim of this approach is to create the opportunity to build a trusting 'Therapeutic Relationship'. This relationship allows the chance for you to explore issues/emotions which may be a result of past or present experiences. I offer a non-judgmental, confidential and honest 'safe space' for you to explore issues which may well be effecting your daily life. I will work alongside you within this 'safe space' with what you decide to bring to the session, there will be no agenda or structure to how you use your time. This time enables me to facilate your journey with you to allow you to gain understanding and clarity of your difficulties/feelings you are experiencing. Through this clarity comes an awareness, a sense of not feeling so 'Stuck' resulting in change.
I have experience of working with a wide range of issues with both adults and adolescents (8+).
