Profile

I am a warm, approachable, relationship counsellor with a specific accredited training dedicated to working with couples and individuals with sexual & relationship difficulties. For over 25 years I've seen couples together and/or individually presenting a wide range of sexual, relationship & internet 'addiction' issues. I am qualified and accredited with COSRT (College of Sexual & Relationship Therapy) and Registered with UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I am also a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling Psychotherapy).

There will be absolutely no obligation for you to arrange an appointment when you call. Finding the 'right' therapist for you is important and often a daunting prospect so I'm also happy to take calls from those 'shopping' for a counsellor.

My approach is humanistic and integrative. Over the years I have worked in two London NHS Hospitals and widely in private practice. I currently work in private practice in Harley Street, London and in Norwich (a short walk from Norwich Railway Station). I maintain my Clinical Consultant in Harley Street for both my London and Norwich work locations.

I am also a qualified Consultant Supervisor and have taught and supervised trainee practitioners to M.Sc Level including working as an academic marker over many years. I offer Practice Supervision and Consultancy to individuals and small groups. Fees

At my London Harley Street practice my fee for individuals is £80 and for couples £100. Appointments are usually on a Saturday. First appointment is at 10am and last appointment 6pm.  

At my Norwich, NR1, practice my fee for individuals is £40 and for couples £50.  Appointments are usually Monday to Friday. first appointment is at 8.45am and last appointment is 6.45pm.  I can sometimes offer a weekend appointment in Norwich.

All sessions are for one full hour duration. 

Further Information

At Harley Street, my practice is comfortably located in a period property with entryphone access and two flights of stairs.  There is limited street (metered) parking. Nearest tube is Oxford Circus and Bond Street. Several buses stop nearby.  

In Norwich, I work from a dedicated consulting room. There is unrestricted street parking. Buses from Castle Mall stop 200 metres away. Also walkable from Norwich City Centre. There is one flight of stairs to my consulting room. For those unable to make the stairs I can work at ground floor level.
