We all have times in our lives when events and experiences can make life a constant struggle and we can feel alone and isolated with our feelings, but with the right environment and support we can find the strength within ourselves to heal, move forward and regain control and a better quality of life.

I am a qualified Person Centred Counsellor and Hypno-psychotherapist offering a professional,confidential,caring,respectful and non judgemental environment for my clients to explore and process areas of their lives that may be preventing them from moving forward, gaining peace and getting the best out of life.

I am fully committed to my clients needs and their emotional health and well being is of upmost importance to me.

I have successfully worked with many clients accompanying and supporting them through their journey of change and empowerment witnessing them grow and develop in confidence and self esteem, setting themselves free from pain, fear and anxiey and overcoming those obstacles that have stood in their way.

I have worked with issues such as bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression, rape+sexual abuse,domestic violence, relationship problems, low self esteem and confidence,alcohol and substance misuse,addictions and many more. I have also worked with Wigan+Leigh hospice offering bereavement counselling and currently facilitate a childrens bereavement group.

As well as counselling I also offer hypno-psychotherapy which is a mixture of hypnotherapy and talking therapies for a wide range of problems such as weight loss, smoking, phobias, anxiety, depression, regression, confidence and self esteem building, anger and stress management and relaxation.

I believe in the holisitic integrated approach to healing in that it is the whole person that needs to be healed and I offer a wide range of techniques which are tailor made to my clients individual needs.

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their code of conduct and ethics and I am also fully insured and CRB checked.

Fees

My fee is £35.00 per hourly session for Counselling.
Fees for hypnotherapy are £40.00 per session.
I also offer reduced fees for students and low waged/unemployed.
