It takes courage to take that initial step and pick up the phone to seek counselling.
You maybe feeling desperate to talk, in complete confidence, and with trust, to someone who is on the outside and not involved.

I work in a person-centred way, which emphasizes the quality of the counsellor and client relationship.
You will feel comfortable in the knowledge that you will be able to take it at your own pace.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Professional Therapeutic Counselling.Stonebridge College awarded in 2008
Higher Education Certificate in Counselling.University of Wales.Swansea.Awarded in 2007
I hold Cruse Certificate in Bereavement Counselling and am accredited as a Bereavement Volunteer.
I have also completed Training to work with bereaved children and young people.
I work privately as well as continuing my work as a Cruse Bereavement Counsellor,who specialize in bereavement counselling for adults and children.
20 hour Open Programme course on Identity and Identities.University of Wales

Fees

£20.00p(plus mileage) for the first session.
£35.00p(plus mileage)thereafter but reduced fees are available subject to income/circumstances.

Further Information

I am a trained R.G.N.,therefore familiar with the medical approach having worked within the N.H.S. and the private sector,latterly as an agency and bank nurse in General Hospitals,Nursing Homes and Hospices throughout South Wales.

I specialize with working with the bereaved - adults, young people and children.
