About me

I’m an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss and life transitions - people who are ready for something to shift and who want support that works with their whole self, not just their thoughts.

Something has brought you here. Maybe it’s stress that won’t let up, anxiety that has made the world feel smaller or a loss that has changed the shape of things. Maybe you’re not sure exactly what it is - only that something needs to shift.

My approach is genuinely integrative. Stress, anxiety and grief don’t only live in our thoughts - they settle in the body too. So alongside talking therapy, I draw gently on somatic, body-based practices, helping you release what you’ve been holding rather than only thinking your way through it. We begin wherever you are and we work at your pace. There’s no rigid formula here - it’s a responsive, human way of working.

I offer individual counselling online via secure video across the UK, and in person - either at my private wellness studio at Home Farm in Hughley, near Shrewsbury, Shropshire or at my therapy room in Shrewsbury. Walk-and-talk sessions are also available.

Come as you are. That’s all I ask.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Registered Member of the NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) and work within their ethical framework.

Alongside talking therapy, my training is grounded in somatic, body-based work - because stress, anxiety and trauma settle in the body as much as the mind and lasting change tends to come from working with both together.
