About me
I am a COSRT Registered Sex and Relationship Therapist based in London (Peckham & London Fields) and Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. I work with individuals, couples (new or long-term), and people in multi-partnered relationships who are navigating challenges in their sex lives, relationships, or sense of themselves.
I was drawn to this work because I'm fascinated by how we love and relate. I support people in developing relational resilience, feeling rooted in themselves while remaining open to intimacy, vulnerability and connection.
People come to me for many different reasons. You may be experiencing low sexual desire, mismatched desire within a relationship, difficulties with arousal or erections, painful sex, challenges with orgasm, compulsive sexual behaviours, questions around sexuality or sexual identity, or the impact of menopause, illness, life transitions or past experiences on your relationship with sex. You may be feeling disconnected from your body, struggling with shame, or finding intimacy difficult after trauma.
I also work with relationship challenges including recurring conflict, communication difficulties, affairs and betrayals, rebuilding trust, changing relationship structures, navigating non-monogamy, differences in needs, and a loss of intimacy or connection. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and work towards greater understanding, honesty, pleasure and ease.
I recognise that sex, intimacy and relationships can hold pain, shame, trauma, numbness, confusion or a sense of darkness, and it can feel difficult to approach these experiences alone. Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore what is happening at your own pace, with care and curiosity, and I aim to provide that in my practice.
My approach is embodied and pluralistic. I trained as a Sex and Relationship Therapist at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), whose approach understands sexuality and relationships through a biopsychosocial lens. This means we'll work with the whole mind-body system exploring sensation, emotion and meaning, and make sense of them within your unique life context. It also means there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor therapy to your needs, values and way of processing so that our work genuinely fits you. I am queer and neurodivergent-affirming.
I usually work with clients on a weekly basis, as regular sessions provide a reliable space for the therapeutic relationship to develop. Over time, this continuity can support deeper reflection, strengthen the work we do together, and create the conditions for meaningful change.
I also have experience working with high-profile clients where discretion, confidentiality and privacy are essential.
