About me
I work flexibly with Hypnotherapy, CBT, Psychodynamic & Person centred approaches to support each client in reaching their therapeutic goals.
I believe that no one should feel ashamed of who they are or of having difficult thoughts and feelings.
Maybe you are ready to make some changes to your life, or it could be that things just don't feel 'right' with you and you're not sure why or what would make it better.
