About me
I am a qualified and experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited and registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My approach is relational, grounded in the belief that healing and self-discovery emerge through meaningful therapeutic connections.
Having undergone over 10 years of personal psychoanalytical therapy, I deeply understand the courage it takes to engage in therapy and the profound transformation it can bring. My personal experience informs my compassionate and empathetic approach, allowing me to hold a safe, reflective, and non-judgmental space for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
Holding an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Warwick, I integrate academic expertise with substantial practical experience, offering a comprehensive approach to my work. Currently I also work as an university counsellor supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds as they navigate personal challenges.
I offer a confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My integrative approach draws from various therapeutic models, ensuring that therapy is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity issues, or life transitions, I am here to help. I offer therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, ensuring that language is not a barrier to meaningful connection and support.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
