About me
We don’t always get it right—none of us do.
But when someone pauses to say, you did,
it touches something quiet and deep.
In the space between two souls,
where listening becomes healing,
a kind of magic unfolds.
I’ve always believed:
the therapeutic bond is not a one-way path,
but a shared journey—
where understanding flows both ways,
and transformation blooms in the light of mutual care.
Here is a wonderful feedback:
As our time together comes to a close, my heart is full of gratitude and warmth because of you. When I first walked into your office, I was weighed down by so much pain-health worries, crushing anxiety, and a feeling that I might never find purpose again. Some mornings, even lifting the blanket felt impossible.
You welcomed me with kindness, patience, and a gentle strength that slowly melted away my fear. You lit a candle in my darkest moments and showed me that, even when I couldn't see it myself, a brighter path was waiting. Through your guidance and unwavering belief in me, I've discovered courage I didn't know I had.
You've given me more than tools-you've given me hope, laughter on hard days, and the gentle reminder that I am worthy of joy and belonging. Because of you, I've learned to celebrate small victories, to breathe when the weight feels too heavy, and to trust that healing is a journey I can walk, step by step.
I'm ending our sessions knowing this - not because I'm finished, but because you've helped me grow strong enough to carry this light forward on my own. Your compassion has changed my life in ways words can't fully express, but I hope this message comes close.
Thank you for being my guiding star, for holding space for my fears, and for celebrating my progress with genuine joy. I will always remember your warmth, your wisdom, and the kindness you shared so generously.
With all my gratitude and a brighter heart,
Shraddha

Case Study: Male Client with Anger Issues Rooted in Father Loss
Background
• The client lost his father at a young age.
• His father was not present during his formative years, leaving him without a male role model.
• As a child, he experienced deep love for his father but had nowhere to express it, leading to suppressed emotions.
• During adolescence, he missed engaging in “male” activities with his father and instead spent time with his mother.
• Seeking belonging, he turned to peers who provided superficial love and a sense of identity.
Maladaptive Coping
• In his teenage years, he sought validation through destructive behaviors:
• Fighting
• Drinking
• Drug use
• Risky sexual behavior
• General misconduct
• These behaviors gave him a false sense of “being a man” but ultimately led to collapse and disillusionment.
Emotional Core
• The client recognized that the suppressed love for his father had transformed into anger.
• He became chronically triggered, living in survival mode, and expressed anger toward everyone and everything.
Turning Point
• Healing began when he entered a relationship with a woman.
• His partner encouraged him to address his anger issues, especially as they planned to have a child.
• The prospect of becoming a father himself became a powerful motivator to break destructive patterns.
Therapeutic Process
• Therapy focused on:
• Recognizing triggers
• Anger management strategies
• Mindfulness practices
• Holistic wellbeing (integrating emotional, physical, and relational health)
• Sessions were conducted gently, allowing the client to process suppressed emotions safely.
Outcome
• The client learned to channel the love he could not give to his father into nurturing his partner and future child.
• He reframed his identity from “fatherless son” to “father who stays.”
• His commitment to being present for his child represents both healing and generational change.
