About me
I offer both online-based and in person Counselling. This allows you to enjoy the comfort of your home whilst embarking on a path of self-discovery and healing. Think of me as your companion on this journey, someone who listens without judgment and understands the unique intersection of your experiences. Anxiety is like that uninvited guest who just won't leave, but we'll show it to the door together.
If you're navigating neurodiversity alongside chronic illness, know that you're not alone and that unique wiring can be a strength. We'll work on finding your calm and building your toolbox of resilience.
Taking a Person-Centred approach allows me to meet you where you are and tailor our time together for your specific needs. This integrative method might mean incorporating various types of therapy which is used to uplift and empower you.
I'm here to create a safe, confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly. If your mind feels like a roller coaster that you can't get off of, if that little voice inside keeps putting you down, or if you're wired a bit differently and want to celebrate that, let's talk.
I'm here.
