About me

I am an experienced and qualified Psychotherapist / Integrative Counsellor with a background in business management, working as a therapist and supervisor in London, primarily in Wimbledon and Clapham. I specialise in supporting couples, families, and individuals - including teenagers - through a range of challenges, offering a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore personal and relational issues.

My business background gives me a deep understanding of the high-stress demands faced by professionals, particularly in finance, banking, and law. Many of my clients are high-level professionals seeking a space to process workplace stress, pressure, and personal challenges while balancing demanding careers. However, I also work with individuals from all walks of life, providing therapy that is accessible and therapeutic for anyone seeking support, whether they are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or emotional difficulties.

Currently accepting referrals for:

Couples therapy
Family therapy
Individual therapy (adults & teenagers)

Areas of focus include:

Anxiety & stress
Workplace pressure & burnout
Relationship difficulties
Parenting & family dynamics
Court-ordered therapy & child protection cases
Trauma & abuse
Sexuality & identity
Depression
Addiction & dual diagnosis

With extensive experience in various settings, I have worked as a primary counsellor, family therapist, group facilitator, trainer, and clinical supervisor. I have led parenting skills workshops, divorce support programs, and addiction recovery training. My background includes significant work with individuals involved in the criminal justice system and child protection services, providing court-mandated therapy and support for families navigating legal challenges.

I also have experience working within the NHS at a major South London hospital (2013-2017), supporting patients dealing with hearing loss and balance issues. In private practice, I offer therapy in London and Surrey, providing a safe space for clients to address personal struggles, improve relationships, and develop new coping strategies.

As an Integrative Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, I draw on a range of therapeutic models tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether addressing past or present relationship difficulties, setting boundaries, managing high-pressure careers, or navigating the complexities of family life, my goal is to help clients build resilience and create positive change.

For clinical supervision, I offer a space to reflect on practice, review clinical cases, and support professional development, ensuring a well-rounded approach to therapeutic work.

Crisis counselling and short-notice appointments are available.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
