About me

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist with many years of experience. Over the years, I have worked within the NHS, higher education and in private practice, supporting individuals, couples and families. My approach is tailored to the needs of the client through relational, personal-centred, emotion/solution-focused, psychodynamic theories, CBT & DBT.

I value creating a safe inclusive space for people from diverse backgrounds. There are moments in life when we can feel overwhelmed by emotions such as anxiety, sadness, anger, panic, grief, fear, or confusion. Together, we can explore and make sense of what you are going through whether it’s linked to loss, depression, family issues, relationships,  trauma, abuse, conflict or a particular life stage.

Through this collaborative process, you may find greater understanding, relief, and the possibility for meaningful change. If you would like to arrange an initial 15 minute consultation to see how it feels to work me please feel free to call or email me.
