About me
Many of my adult and young clients come to therapy feeling stuck, can't sleep, are overwhelmed with worries, or experience low self-esteem. You may find yourself anxious about what others think (social anxiety), having intrusive thoughts (OCD), feeling stressed, struggling to regulate your emotions, and not being your authentic self. Together, we can help you understand what’s been holding you back, develop healthier ways of coping and relating, and move towards a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and true to who you are.
Living with constant worry and low mood can feel isolating. If you find yourself with low confidence, avoiding opportunities, and having panic attacks, you're not alone! No struggle is the same, and taking the first step towards support is courageous. I am here to witness and guide you through a journey of change and growth. Reach out when you feel ready.
Therapy with me is compassionate, collaborative, and reflective. Many clients have long-standing or relationship difficulties, where a trauma- and attachment-based approach is used to understand the roots of these difficulties. In our sessions, all feelings - fear, stress, sadness, hopelessness, joy, anger, and uncertainty - are welcomed.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
