About me

A lot of people think that looking after your mental health is a luxury but it is as important as your physical health. If you're physically ill you seek advice, so why not seek support for your mental health when you are struggling too?

Hi, I'm Rachel and I am a fully qualified counsellor. There are various techniques and tools that we can use to help suit your needs which we will work together collaboratively to achieve.

We will explore your thoughts and feelings in more detail in a safe, friendly environment with no judgment. I can work with you short-term or long-term whichever you need.

I can work on a variety of issues such as:

*Anxiety (workplace, social, health, general)

*Relationships (family, break ups, conflict)

*Boundaries & self worth

*Self-esteem & low confidence

*Motivation & time management

*Depression

*Exam stress

*Bereavement.

I am offering:

A Free 15 Minute Consultation

Online Remote or Telephone Sessions for adults (£30.00 per session).

I have previously worked as a volunteer counsellor at Mind and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.

If you need support, why not get in touch?
